One team for every kind of ocean shipment

Full containers or a few pallets, going out or coming in: one senior contact handles your booking from pickup to delivery.

A whole container, on a confirmed sailing

Dedicated 20′, 40′ and 40′ high-cube containers on weekly sailings across the major trade lanes. We book space with the line that suits your lane, file AES and issue the bill of lading, and every container shows up live in your portal.

See every container, without chasing anyone

Every GKC client gets a private portal. It's there when you want it, and your coordinator is still a phone call away.

  • Live status and ETA for each container
  • An email when cargo departs, arrives, or runs late
  • Documents, invoices and your statement in one place

Want this for your shipments? Request a quote and we'll set up your portal with your first booking. It's free.

Shipping somewhere else? Tell us the lane

Five steps from origin to delivery

  1. Book and quote

Tell us the lane, Incoterms and commodity. You get an all-in rate and a sailing within 1 business day.

  2. Pickup and documents

We collect at the shipper's facility, check the documents, handle export filing (AES for US exports) and issue the bill of lading.

  3. Ocean transit

Cargo sails on a confirmed vessel. You can follow every milestone in real time.

  4. Destination clearance

We coordinate customs at destination, with our partner brokers for US imports, so the consignee takes delivery cleanly.

  5. Delivered to the door

Final mile to the consignee's door, or port to port if that's the deal. One invoice, one point of contact.

What working with us is like

Sincere about the small things

Honest quotes with no surprise extras, documents checked twice, and a call or an email when plans change. If something goes wrong, we tell you plainly what happened and what we're doing about it.

A person when you need an answer

Call or email and you reach someone senior who knows your shipment, not a call center. The same person from booking to delivery.

Always looking to improve

After each shipment we ask what could have gone better, and we act on it. When there's a better way to move your cargo, we'll bring it to you first.

Tell us what you're shipping

Fill in the basics and our team comes back with an all-in ocean rate, transit time and the next available sailing on your lane, within 1 business day.

  • All-in pricing. Ocean, haulage, clearance and fees, quoted together, not drip-fed.
  • No obligation. A quote is a quote. Book when the numbers and timing work for you.
  • A real person replies. You'll deal with a named coordinator, not a ticket queue.
We'll only use this to call you about your quote.

We reply with an all-in rate within 1 business day. No obligation.
